We provide apartment cleaning and villa cleaning. We offer normal (i.e. day to day) cleaning as well as deep cleaning and move in/move out cleaning with and without materials. In addition, we can also clean furniture such as sofas, mattress, carpets, rugs, curtains, dining table and chairs, etc. We can also clean kitchen equipment like deep cleaning of ovens, fridge, washing machine etc.

Considering the cost of managing a number of housekeepers/office staff, we provide these services on a short contract basis; daily, weekly, and monthly. You can pay cash when the cleaner arrives, or via online payment (debt/credit card) at the time of booking.
According to availability, we might be able to arrange a cleaner from you on the same day. Normally, a prior booking of at least 24 hours in advance is needed. For commercial cleaning, we need 48 hours notice in advance.
There is no need to be at home but if this is your first time using our cleaning service, we recommend you take a few minutes to show the maid your property and explain anything you specifically want to be cleaned. After that, there is no need for you to be at home. For repeat bookings, clients often leave their keys under the mat or leave their door open. Just let us know any logistics before the maid arrives and we can take care of the rest.
Yes, we operate 7 days a week.
If you are due for a routine cleaning on a public holiday, we will do our best to ensure your cleaner is able to attend. If he/she is not able to attend, we will let you know at least one week in advance and reschedule for another time that is convenient for you.

Yes, you can and we encourage this! We can set up repeat cleaning sessions with the same cleaner/maid– just remember to ask for their name when they leave. We can also set up regular weekly or biweekly cleaning with the same maid so you do not have to call us every week and make the booking.
It totally depends how much cleaning is needed. For apartments with average cleaning (i.e. cleaning of day to day living), we recommend:
For “deep” cleaning, e.g. where a kitchen has a lot of grease from many months/years of cooking, or where you need move in/move out cleaning for villas or apartments, you should let us know in advance so we can send a team of people and give you a quote. For these cleanings, different equipment may be needed so we need to know in advance.
If your cleaner finishes earlier than usual, you will be expected to pay for the full time booked. If it is getting towards the end of your booking and you think the cleaner needs more time, please let him/her know ASAP so she can contact our manager to co-ordinate an extension of the booking. Please note, last minute extensions may not always be possible as we have other bookings to attend to. However, we will always do our best to accommodate you.
Yes, we have two different rates – one for cleaning with materials provided, and another rate where you provide the materials. If you do not have at least some of the cleaning materials listed below, we can provide these for an extra 5 Dirham per hour. Most people however will have at least some basic cleaning materials at home.
Our prices for deep cleaning are on a ‘task accomplished’ basis. That means, depending on the size of your flat, studio or villa we may send more than 1 cleaner to complete the cleaning. The more cleaners we are able to send, the quicker it will get done as they will work at the same time together. There is no extra charge for this. We have handpicked our cleaners using a thorough and well thought our process. In doing so, we only select the best cleaners who are reliable and trustworthy and we regular monitor all of our staff according to our strict company policies.
As the UAE is a diverse community, we have staff from many different nationalities available. We also have both male and female cleaners available. Our staff come from the Philippines, Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Africa.
Our staff are treated with respect and dignity at all times. We make sure to provide them with comfortable and safe accommodation, a fair wage, free transportation, a food allowance and medical insurance. We also pay our staff a fair overtime wage for any extra hours they work, as well as free return tickets to their home country. We also give out ‘best employee of the month’ awards with bonuses. In addition, we respect all religions and provide days off for our employees to celebrate their respective religious festivals.
Yes - If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning, please inform us and our team will contact you within 24 hours to make up for the inconvenience.
Yes, after your cleaner leaves, you will be given a paper invoice upon payment. You will also receive an invoice via email.
Any bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the booking itself may be subject to a small charge. Any bookings outside this time will not levy any charge.
Any allegation of damage in your home that we have caused must be put to us in writing by email no later than 24 hours after the alleged incident has occurred. We will then investigate the incident and may ask for any evidence of the damage and the value of loss caused. If our maids are found to be the cause of the damage, we add free cleaning credits to your account to make up for the inconvenience. Please note our liability is limited to a maximum of five (5) times the cost of the service you booked. We are unable to investigate alleged damage where the information is not conveyed to us within 24 hours of the booking with us.
We work 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week.
When you make a new booking, you can register for the first time. While filling up your personal details on the booking form, select “New User” and your account will be created with the details you provide. Once you create an account you can easily make quick bookings with us. Alternatively you could register through our app, available on Google Play store and Apple store.
